The ABW-DWT enables heat recovery from wastewater with high volume flows. The range of applications extends from domestic and industrial mixed wastewater systems to swimming pools and agricultural use in aquacultures. The recovered heat can be used indirectly via any heat pump or directly via an intermediate circuit for heating drinking water.

The ABW-SWR is used for the pre-cleaning of wastewater streams. Heavily polluted wastewaters are freed from suspended solids and can be used downstream by the ABW-DWT for heat recovery. The filter material is automatically cleaned and washed away from the filtered wastewater after the heat exchange process.

The wastewater heat exchanger has been specially developed for the heat recovery from greywater. It can be used in buildings with at least 20 inhabitants and can be combined with any brine heat pump. In buildings without separate greywater management, the ABW-K2 can be pre-installed.

The wastewater switch ABW-K2 is used to separate grey and black water on a mixed wastewater pipe. By integrating a wastewater switch, the use of wastewater heat recovery - without retrofitting a separate greywater pipe - is possible in existing buildings.
